Pretty sure! There already is promo art of the bundle with PEGI and USK-Flatschen.

Do people just avoid Best Buy or do they have a history of seriously overselling items like this? Amazon sold out within a hour or so, yet Best Buy still has it in stock. I've scene this scenario apply to numerous other products to.
