No difference. The PC version is 99,99 EUR, the XBOX version is 119,99 EUR. However, the PC version might not come with a disc.

Well, taxes dont help.
I dont know about Canada, but compared with USA or taxes are crazy high

Yeah, we have to pay 13% tax on goods purchased in stores here. No taxes when buying something from Gamestop USA luckily, but currency conversion is a killer since our dollar is so weak these days. I remember the good old days when the Canadian dollar was stronger than the USA dollar. Those were the best times to be a collector lol.

The Canadian dollar was stronger than US dollar?
When did that happen?

In Portugal most stuff has 23% sales tax and around the same 18/20/25 in other EU countries
