NO steelbook!!??? a real pity! Especially for an extravagant priced package like this Collectors edition!!!

I'm glad there's no steelbook, hate those things. The price is another absurdity from recent times. I'm a big fan of AC games but I'll have to pass.

Yeah since I stopped collecting steelbooks I really prefer a regular case to look uniform on my shelf.

This CE is also a pass for me. The figure is too large.

Mike1888, I’m curious as to why you completely stopped collecting steelbooks!? Don’t you agree that some of them have really beautiful designs? and some of the art work is really nice!?

I haven't completely stopped collecting steelbooks. I still get ones that are rare or especially nice. For example, I have been getting all the GEO steelbooks.

I just stopped collecting them in a 'completionist' kind of way because there's too many of them being released nowadays and they rarely carry much value. I think its also a result of having changed from a quantity to quality-based collecting approach. Other than games themselves, I don't buy many items in the $20-50 range anymore.
