Rage's Anarchy Edition announced

Bethesda announced Rage's Anarchy Edition at BFG Showcase in Utah last week.
The Anarchy Edition is a ?First Edition? pre-order only release, meaning that all pre-ordered copies of Rage are the Anarchy Edition.

The Anarchy Edition will come with the following in-game tools:

• one-handed Double Barrel Shotgun
  
• Fists of Rage knuckledusted
  
• Rat Rod Buggy combat vehicle
  
• Crimson Elite Armour ? which combines the attributes of all three of the in-game suits.

Unfortunately, the Anarchy Edition is currently only available in North America scheduled for September 13th, 2011.

I hope Bethesda don't try and pull this crap on Skyrim and give a proper CE instead of a stupid Game + DLC edition.

Or fortunately, whichever way you look at it. To be honest, I hope they keep it for North America. If they're going to release this crap in the UK, then i'm not interested. I want a proper CE or nothing at all.

Why does every game released now have to have "Day One" DLC? Shouldn't this stuff already be in the game itself?

I'd say Bioware are the worst at this with the Dragon Age series, i mean if a person didn't pre-order and get the Bioware sig edition then they missed out on the exiled prince dlc which was so obviously just ripped out of the main game to be sold as dlc. But I suppose they just want people to pre-purchase instead of buying it pre-owned or waiting till the price drops.
