It's not UK only, it's just that only Game offers in in the UK, for example Square Enix Boutique has it too http://www.square-enix-boutique.com/...ecommande.html

Maybe other European retailers will have it up as well..

Well, not quite. I'm saying that it's exclusive to GAME in the UK, but in other countries different local retailers may offer it as well. As of now, we only know about UK and France.

Also, i hate GAME lately. Why do they always have the coolest bonuses

And I hate their site after the redesign

Yeah, i mean that steelbook it's pretty good pre order bonus! I doubt game in Portugal is going to have this kind of stuff....as usual.
