Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Special Edition announced

Between this, Revelations, and the newly announced Resident Evil 6, it looks as if 2012 is the year for Resi fans!

Still, I think the game most fans would really like is a Resident Evil 2 remake, like what they did with the first game for the GameCube...

The RE5 CE for AUS was rubbish anyway. Box was way too flimsy and inside contents were low quality.

In case no one was aware (and I haven't seen it posted here yet) Capcom sent me an email today promoting a special bonus item for the first 1000 preorders at the Capcom US store. It is a replica of the "Welcome to Raccoon City" sign from the game. Not sure if it's made of tin or wood but I'll keep my hopes up.

They send it to Belgium so I don't see the problem why they can't ship it to the UK..

I have a question , it's probably a stupid question but anyways a PAL PS3 can play NTSC games right? SO that means I can play the limited (american) edition of operation raccoon city, right? Also will the DLC work?

The Capcom Europe Store is wierd about half a year now, I don't now what they did to it.

Strange, it says on the homepage that Capcom US isn't shipping outside US. But well... And yes, the PS3 is region free, you can play every game you buy. But I'm not sure about the DLC, should work I think. The problem will be the additional DLC, you have to buy it in the PSN US Store, otherwise it won't work with your version of the game.

thanks for the answer, you're right they don't ship it outside of the US. I tried to place the order but I had to change the billing information ...
