Pics of the Super Mario 3D Land' steelbook :

Seems to be a plastic box with two (front and back) metal covers... I'll give you more details when I'll have mine.

I have one shipped and one picked up at one store.
Both are in mint condition, no dents or scratches or anything...
They came not sealed :
- by mail, they put the game inside the steelbook to gain some places;
- at the shop they give you the game then the steelbook but also not sealed

Hmm, interesting. I never would have guessed that these would be Jumbo SteelBooks. Very odd. As if there was even any need to make them that fat... I'm sure a shorter G2 SteelBook would have been more apt, and there's no reason why they couldn't make them the same width as a standard 3DS case...

What the hell are those? They put the regular game case in the jumbo? That's not even considered a proper steelbook, it's just a steelbook branded tin

there 2 mario steelbooks are genuine steelbook.com products...so i wonder why, they are bizarre looking styles?..and seem to have an odd looking front end designs that don't mesh well and that strange looking branded emblem on top of the front side..along with that styrofoam looking plastic piece inside, but they do say steelbook/steelbook.com on the inside too..if they can do "real" steelbooks for xenoblade and zelda,..why "F" up the mario ones?
