i think this one will hold it's value and will be sought after years down the road because of dc license..

You say that, but the batman arkham city special edition still is not worth that much to this day.

Although I really looking forward to this game I got my order in on Amazon! Can't wait!

but the batman collectors edition was somewhat weak in comparison...this one is far more vibrant, appears like a better quality overall.and the packaging has several dc characters on it, as opposed to the the arkham city one character plus just black and white.

Can anyone tell me why I am seeing two different designs for the steelbook for this? Thought only the European CE has a steelbook?

Hi,

Not sure which you are seeing but there is a red son edition of the game which i believe is a steelbook, and there there is a steelbook for the 'normal' version of the game.

They changed the steelbook design that was in the EU CE

I believe the picture from the link you provided is of the old steelbook design

Much prefer that design myself

But it looks like the new one is here to stay
