Its not that zavvi send perfect games (to be honest both of my MGS HD collections have been damaged, the 360 externally and both internally but that was due to poor package design which I sure we can all agree on)

Have any of you tried to contact support if you have had an issue?

I had a problem with Zavvi over MGS but doesn't put me off, besides you can cancel pre order if you find it cheaper, sure you would all be pissed if you found out it was a zavvi exclusive and sold out, my last story arrived pristine from zavvi along with other stuff, can't comment on MGS as I never recieved it
