I already have the CE preordered at EB so I'll get this too from JB just for the steelbook and then sell the game seperately.

No they don't ship international.

You have to add 5,50 euro for shipping costs within insurance and tracking number + paypal fee, without insurance it is cheaper but if it#s damaged or get lost then you have lost your money.

I went to 3 Saturn and 2 Media Markt stores today and NONE of them had the steelbook as preorder bonus.

They always just told me that it differ from store to store if they have such bonuses..WTF.

It is stated in almost every forum that they have the steelbook as preorder bonues (yes, even here in Austria) but obviously not in my city....

EB didn't get a bonus Steelbook, it's from JB...the same steelbook as the HMV.UK one.

The ad for next week was leaked? That doesn't make any sense. If this is supposed to be a pre order bonus then shouldn't it be advertised prior to its release? I can't imagine they would wait until Sunday to print the ad for the steelbook bonus to be released on Tuesday.
