Hi,

I'm new to the forum and I have something I would like to know the value of.

Am I ok to post a picture here or is that against any rules?

Thanks!

Ok hope that worked?

It's very good quality, limited to 500 and I think it was given to Ubisoft staff but could be wrong? It's a miniature of the ubiworkshop one limited to 60.

Its not really that rare, you can get $20 at best with this item. I'll do $25 plus shipping :thumb:

Seriously considering it has a Ubisoft Team Edition embossed seal to it and limited to 500. If the original is less than $100, I'd say less than $50
But if I'm interested (not that I am) I would do $100 for it.

Ok thanks! I was thinking it would be worth more as it was never sold retail. Plus I now know this print is very popular!

Hi guys, sorry I'm going to ask a value of a different print. (I don't want to make another thread solely for it, so just thought asking it here)

Just want to confirm the details of these 5 prints from AC anthology.
what is the paper they printed it on? is like the giclee? same as the quality of the prints released by ubiworkshop?
is it worth framing? displaying hanging on the wall??
I think it's only like A4 size, right?

oh, by the way, Lowly, Do you have it? did you upload a picture of it here by any chance?
or maybe a close up photos of it. just really interested with its quality.

i sent my ac anthology set back as it was damaged itll be atleast 5 days before i get another one
ubisoft own a giclee printer so they will either be giclees the same as every other print ubisoft sells (@hich i expect as ac2 b and 3 all game with art on that 225gsm canvas card stock paper they use(will find the proper name for it later)
or it wil be like poster paper like the 5 prints in ubiworkshop edition(not likely as they are listed and sold as lithographs. wich they are technically not they are giclees but to ubisoft the term lithograph and giclee are interchangeable) so expect the first and yes they are worth framing unless you are me and already have 16 pieces of ac art aon one wall and another 20 plus pieces waiting to go up then frame them anyway

Definitely sold for more than I was expecting! The dimensions are less than half the size of the Ubiworkshop edition, and there are 500. I guess the UW edition would probably sell for more?

That limited prints released by Ubiworkshop, I noticed on their website that the numbered has a HC at the end of the number, ea 9/30 HC

does it differ to the prints that they released?

HC will probably be the artists sig xx

so aside from the limited copies they sold worldwide, there are different amount of copies that still exist. example the duomo de firenze, they sold 150 copies of that, but on the preview on their website there are x/15HC that exist. But I'm sure they don't sell that, don't they? those must be rare.

Well if there's only 15 then its rare
But it is more likely this is the case
As with making a traditional cine film
There would be a series of prints with slightly tweaked brightness or contrast to best represent the digital original
And what you are seeing in ubiworkhops pictures is one of those prints either the final copy, or the one that when photographed best represents the original to provide best lighting and detail
And these early runs or proofs are nearly always destroyed or held by the artist personally or held by the head of publishing, who usually has no use for them and either destroys them or sticks the final proof inn the archive depending on how the company works

So not rare its almost an impossibility
