Hello all, I've visted the site a few times over the last few months so thought it was about time I joined up and introduced myself.

I'm Matthew from England, and have been collecting games since I became hooked on RPG's after playing Illusion of Time on the Snes back in the day. With my collection going back to the 80's (I don't have much left from then) most of the games are normal versions, but over the last few years I've started to collect a lot more "fancy" editions.

I've uploaded some pics of the collectors editions I have but haven't included any for the normal stuff; if people want me to add these I can?

Love your collection but love how you display it so well even more

So are you mainly a PC collector then as I noticed a Mac CE's (a rarity in itself :rotf:), xbox CE's, and a God of War 3 Press kit so you got some good stuff from a lot of different systems (Not to mention that zelda memorabilia which is awesome)

I actually like your CE guides the most as I collect them as well but no one else seems to :(

Thanks for the welcome and the compliments, my collection isn't as good as many but its improving all the time.

I do like the PC collectors editions, its just a shame I can't play them at the minute as my good PC has joined my Atari 2600 in silicon heaven :(

As for press kits, I've only just really started looking at them and bought both on whim, probably didn't get a very good deal.

I've decided to add some of my normal editions as most of my favourite games are my retro ones and they were feeling left out!

WOW!!!!!!...your collection rocks!...my favorite is the sonic generations, and especially that sonic the hedgehog book!...also a big fan of the PSP kingdom hearts special editions..thanks for sharing the pics..please share more if you have more to your game collection.

Yeah, me too from that website! They shipped as gift with low declared value so I didn't pay a cent for customs and they were so helpful!

For the life of me I don't know why I bough Z.O.E, I have no interest in it. hmmm, I'm gonna have to stop buying things on a whim!!

Out of interest, what's the 3DS game?

Some sort of capcom/namco fighting game, may have to get one to join my SF collection i have going!!

The dev team edition is a superb CE.

That zelda historia is quite hard to get without forking out a small fortune

I think I like the Fallout 2 Big box the most though

Super Metroid is one of all time favourite games, I keep saying I'm gonna get another copy in better condition but I never seem to get around to it.

I did pay quite a lot for the Hyrule Historia because my original order was cancelled so I had to get it off Ebay, ended up winning two auctions though.

I finally gave in and opened it to see the number. No. 40, was pleased with that :clap:

I've been meaning to get the Mass Effect CE for ages and found it for a great price so couldn't resist. Love the games although I still haven't gotten around to starting number 3 :(

Yes,those AC figures are a huge pain in the but. Even when you got them instore most were damaged or fubar. Shame i couldnt add to your update but,i am still a hunting:)

Yeah they seem a nightmare, mine were packed really well but still damaged. The super glue seemed to do the job although its not quite the same :(

We'll get there with Total War one day mate, Detective Swift is on the case as well :lol:

Moved all my Mighty Muggs and a few other things back into the bedroom much to Michelle's annoyance to make space. I'm in the process of re-arranging everything now and it's looking better.
