but i:m sure i could just throw in my own white towel and add some blood stains to it
that would hae been awesome with the blow up beach ball and some flip flops /(sandals / thongs depending on what part of the world you are from)

:rant: everyone was like why on earth would i want x y z
and x y z is exactly what this edition needed

this edition should hae had all the smalls they listed
like the beach inflatable beach ball
the flip flops
the post cards
the room key (check)
the towel
the security card
and there was more small stuff you would expect to see in game
but i feel proud that i helped pick the contents and now i get to own it XD

I ordered it when they only announced yet that the hula girl will be included but glad to see that the suitcase is also included!

Oh and for the non-german speaking people. Here?s the translation of the text below the pic:

Well, they do not mention something about it being exclusive. Weither on their homepage, nor in the newsletter I got today. So I guess the only thing that is exclusive to them is the banner.
Also the Austrian uncut version is just the normal PEGI Version.

I also just looked at their forum but even there it is not stated that this edition is exclusive to them.

I guess they removed the "exclusive Sign", hate those shops firstly offering exclusive stuff, but ending up with a load of merchandise which you could get anywhere...

So I posted on gameware?s forum to ask if the Riptide Edition is exclusive to them or what?s so exclusive about it.

It seems that the only thing exclusive about it is the fact that they are the only ones who are allowed to sell it in in a specific region (Germany/Switzerland/Austria I assume).

Nothing exclusive if it comes to any content afaik.

That?s some serious bullsh*t gameware.at did. A couple of weeks ago they uploaded a pic of the final COllectors Edition they will get and it obviously was the Rigor Mortis Edition.

Just got a mail from them:
"Du hast bei uns die Dead Island: Riptide Collectors Edition bestellt. Diese sollte in einer Reisekoffer-Verpackung ausgeliefert werden.
Leider kann uns der Hersteller diese Verpackung nicht liefern bzw werden diese nur in der USA angeboten.

Die Gute Nachricht:
Wir haben uns entschieden mit dem besonderen Sammlerbeigaben der Collectors Edition ein Fan Set zu einem sehr g?nstigen Preis zu schn?ren.
Du sparst dir pro Version EUR 20,- und bekommst dein bestelltes Exemplar nun deutlich g?nstiger J
Falls du schon bezahlt haben solltest bekommst du die Differnez zum Release zur?ck, falls nicht wird dir nur der g?nstige Preis verrechnet."

Which means that they will NOT get the Rigor Mortis Edition as the producer can?t deliver the suitcase and will only be available in the US.

The "good" news as they call it is that they will make a Fan Set which will include the Hula Girl and the banner and which is 20? cheaper.

It?s just stated that the producer can?t deliver and that it will only be available in the US.
