Breaking news. The Alpha/Bravo masks are available for pre-sale:

We've asked for editions of 50, of which only the first half is available. We haven't heard back yet if they're leaving themselves open (Evike or EA) to making more or not, so they're not numbered and I can't promise more won't eventually exist....

The second half of these masks should be available in a couple weeks (in the event these sell through quickly and someone reading this still wants one), and we've got a couple other styles that production ran behind on, but they'll be available soon as well.

No details just yet, other than that they're being made by Treehouse for Visceral. They're fully functional airsoft protective masks by the way.

I.E. will EA or Evike eventually decide on whether it's an open or limited edition?

I imagine this wouldn't be for quite a while anyways

It's on Army of Two's Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/armyoftwo?fref=ts). Seems to be some kind of mask design contest and these are the prizes. I only saw it yesterday or would have tried.. haha!

Ordered these.. They will look good beside the other custom-made AO2 Masks. Nice to see that these are just around the corner instead of having to wait for months...

Got a shipped out notice this morning. Awesome! Hope it doesn't disappoint. I bought it without much hesitation..

I got my masks! Sadly there is damage to the Alpha mask; some chipping to the mask. Also, the white art design/pattern on the Alpha mask is very disappointing. It's not painted it on at all. It's just a cheap, very flimsy and delicate decal or sticker stencil. It's already coming off of my mask. :( There's no doubt the white pattern is not gonna last very long at all.

On the plus side, the Bravo mask appears to be of good quality; and it's quite nice as well. The paint appears to have been applied well enough.

Sucks about the damage though. Hope they replace it with a good one. It's a pity the white design on Alpha Mask is a sticker, I was expecting all of it to be painted so not too happy about that.

They didn't come in any special packaging either. Actually, they didn't come in any packaging at all. They were mailed as-is in the shipping container, with plenty of bubblewrap of course. Kind of bummed about that too.

That's a real pity.. I can understand why though. Was very excited for these so I'll definitely say I'm disappointed about the stickers. I'd probably still keep them though, I enjoyed the series so far even though I have yet to play the latest one. Will make a decision when I receive my items in-hand

That strikes me as unlikely. Open a case with customer service and they'll be able to look into what happened for you and sort out out quicker than waiting and hoping.

Is your Alpha in better condition than Mortals?

Got them both! They were in separate boxes. They look really good but of course, could have done without the stickers. Still, I got no regrets about them
