Ask a developer
All developers items have an understanding that the items will never be resold
So you would have to find a dev that has one and is willing to sell privately .... Good luck

Its not a him
There are over 500 members of the assassins creed devolopment team and only 200 of those figures where handed out so you have to a friendly dev that has one and is willing to sell it privately instead of auctioning it off

Theres is Ubisof studio in a singapore am I right? On ACR worked 9 studios i guess.

Run ACR credits and find them on Facebook or find their emails on ubisoft site.
