I'm assuming NTSC... It was a faux steel book (like Halo 2)

it took me a few months to track one down and I ended up paying full retail nearly 2 years after it's release for a sealed copy... I don't think they made very many of them.

FWIW they made the CE for PS2 and GC versions of the game as well.
