It includes the game, sleeve and steelbook, all sealed

I'm flexible on the price, as the increase from MSRP is for packaging, gas and my time mostly.

Yeah they seal them outside the slip .. I have a couple of the 360 ones and originally wasnt conpletwly surw it was a steelbook and not a metal pak.
