I remember it was being sold at irrational store for around 400 ish? Kinda make sense this rare thing goes up in price. I wish I could get one around 400-500

Original price was $500.00 if I remember correctly (plus tax and shipping of course).

It was $400 plus taxes and shipping. Also the ones sold at Irrational store had 4 signatures on the bottom. I don't believe the ones sold at the irrational store had a number carved into the bottom.

Are you sure? In this thread (http://collectorsedition.org/forums/showthread.php?t=8303), it says 500$...

Hmm...

I bought 2 of them.

They were $500 on the Irrational store, and they were definitely numbered as well as signed. I bought a few of them myself as well. I kept one and sold the rest.

I would've bet money on it that was $400. Guess I was wrong.

I've just got the edition size of 400 stuck in my head.

It's hard to believe that's gonna sell for that price, maybe I'm wrong, I hope the buyer pays for that item and It's not just a troll.

Wow. That's a lot more than what I sold my spares for; and mine were signed too.

I'm also interested to know if the highest bidder will pay for it.

Now that ones been sold this close to release how many more are going to pop up?

I think I might put up my Sander Cohen again just to see what kind of offers I get.

imironmann
03-01-2013, 06:15 AM
I offer a two for one deal!

Two MoC bottles for one Sander Cohen:D

MortalMonday
03-01-2013, 06:46 AM
Make it 6 for one, and you got a deal!

imironmann
03-01-2013, 07:09 AM
Nope! Two is my final offer. lol

Check out this guy. I offer two and he demands triple. lol

It would take a lot more than a couple of bottles for me to let go of Sander also.

You don't how close I came to buying about 10 of these when I had the chance. Im pleased with the two I did get.

Even if I knew Sander was on his way to me it still would've been hard to let both MoC bottles go. They are among my favorite items in my collection. These bottles are definitely the highest quality VG collectible I've seen.

Why keep two though? Sell one for a stack! Easy money.

imironmann
03-01-2013, 07:31 AM
That's what I keep asking myself. I know it's easy money.

I'm sure I'll sell one of them eventually.

I might see what offers I can get closer to the games release date.

to me it looks a bit moody mate, send him a message asking him to respond to you within 48 hrs or you will be forced to relist item. see what happens.

dont be threatening in the message, just say because of his inactivity etc etc you are just making sure he wants the item due to other people wasting time etc etc

good luck

Damn, that sucks. I hate when people do that.
It's not always bad though. Maybe he really does need a few days.
This has happened to me on here twice in the last few weeks, and both times the "buyers" flaked. It happens. Hoping it all works out for you though.

Did the auction give a payment time requirement? If not then they have a good deal of time to pay unfortunately.

I now always add 2-3 tops for expected payment.

It should be common courtesy to pay immediately... that is what I like done so it is what I do.

Hope it works out! I really want on of those MoCs... I actually had someone offer to sell me one for $700 but I didn't have the cash.

Plus I just recently had a contact find the PS3 version of the Darksiders promo disc (just a regular promo disc so not that expensive).

yeah sucks...i always do payment requited within 24 hours...than after someone won they need time to transfer money to paypal etc.

this sucks with auction...better to do buy it now and force direct payment through paypal.

Well if you don't care about eBay taking a higher percentage of the final value then you should do Buy It Now... I have shyed away from it especially with Video Games where they take 13% for a BIN auction plus PayPals couple percent.

well. no response after initial "please give me some time". :-/

ebay uk its both 10 percent fee.

Also when you put buy it now price you can often negotiate with buyer outside the feebay.

how much feedback did buyer have?

I really wished you could close auctions like this off for people with less than 50 feedback.

ps: dont forget, you can make second offer to other bidders!

sigh.

And now it's official: he is refusing to pay :(

What a piece of shit buyer. I think the bottle is easily worth 1k though. Just do a Buy It Now listing with a $1,000 USD price tag, and I'm sure that someone will eventually buy it; and the good thing about doing it that way is that whoever buys it has to pay immediately.

Make sure you report him to ebay. I know it doesnt really help you in regards to getting your money but at least if ebay are made aware of his actions, it may stop him from doing it to somebody else.

The MoC bottle is a fantastic piece too, im just curious as to why it wasnt signed?

MortalMonday

Most of the 400 bottles are not signed. Only a handful are signed x4.

I paid 1400 for mine in new york city the other day at a gaming event in chinatown. its a beautiful solid piece . Who knows if the price will rise or drop. Seeing on ebay, not many are put up and when they are they go for good money. I would of payed 1200 for it initially when i found out i missed the opportunity to get one. But i guess i had to pay the 1400 and it being right in front of me made it even better. splurgeee!

All the ones I have seen for sale are signed... but they must just get listed more often.
