Crysis 3 - Limited Print/Lithograph 13/30

So I came across this print/lithograph on Ebay - the item comes in a huge box with a PC copy of the game and this item, it's relatively heavy as it's backed onto an acrylic type surface.

I have no clue on what it is, and the art is limited to just 30 copies it seems, but by whom I have no idea and I can't seem to find any info on it at all.

If anyone can find out any info and share it, it would be appreciated.

Seems interesting. What gets me though is there is no artist proof. Someone could of just magic marked 13/30 on it, Nor is there a certificate of authenticity to my knowledge. Im gonna try to search harder and find the origin of this litho. cool post
