I Tweeted them and got no response a week or two ago.

I sent them an Email this week and got no response.

So I sent them a Tweet last night and they replied, saying I should ring their number (which is a French number!) but when I Tweeted them back asking what was up with the DmC books they didn't reply.

I've sent them another Email and put in all the addresses I could find. Quite frustrating considering I've already paid them and their website hasn't updated at all.

They were quite good when it came to the Sonic book. Was sent quickly and with good packaging.

They've handled the DmC book awfully though, they should at least have sent out an email to all that bought it.

I wanted to order this earlier in the year but waited. Then I saw all of the complaints and warning signs here in the forum.

I'm also interested but saw all the negative feedback and delays, but all of a sudden some of us received it. so I decided to order it, I don't mind if there is no DVD at all, as long as all 666 copies don't have,, but of course it would be better if there is.

They did indeed. no more DVD. Well I Bought it for the artbook anyway so not a big loss for me actually. Still waiting for it to be " sent " and not " pending ".

I would have thought so but if it's anything like the Sonic book the number is just a sticker on the inside cover so could easily be left off if they no longer wanted to limit it

I contacted the french website of pix n love telling them that my order was still pending and they answered me today. they say that the english version of the site is indeed poor in news content but that it must have been a probleme with paypal order, he then asked for my home adresse so he could send me the item. Now i'm waiting.

I sent an e-mail asking "why there was no number and making of", and the answer was that it was a fallure in terms of pre order and so they did a simple book unlimited.

edit: i'm still exchanging mails and if I understood well only the french version has been printed for 666 copies, still not sure though since I'm not really understanding what he tries to explain.

Ok I received confirmation that only the french version comes numbered and with the DVD, which is stupid since it is cheaper than the english version and comes with a bonus DVD and a numbered unique book.

Not sure what I should do, considering I bought it thinking it'd be limited. A lot of dodgy service and false advertising going on with this one :( It's a nice book, but gutted that they've basically lied about loads of things.

Well basically all you should have to do once you receive your english copy, is e-mail them using the french e-mail and ask for a replacement for the limited french version with the sleeve and the making of DVD. You basicaly tell them that you were expecting a limited edition with a DVD and this one has none. If they accept ( I believe they will ) then you will have to send them back your copy and they will send you the limited version upon receiveing you english copy at their storehouse.
