The only thing that is "sealed" for sale is the Dead Space 3 Dev. Team Ed.
(never actually was factory sealed, but I have never removed it from original packaging)

Unfortunately, my knowledge of lithos are probably worst then yours.

But it seems that you are getting 2 decent lithos, 20 a piece.
They are limited, numbered and signed, so it does seem like a pretty good deal.

I hope we can get someone else's opinion in here though..
