Knight's WTB: Bioshock Memorabilia

Looking for a number of key things right now and willing to buy or trade. I'm looking for the following:

1. Bioshock Infinite Press kit (Ideally with manual in English and with the envelope that it came in)

2. Midnight Launch posters for Infinite (SF, LA and Boston - signed or unsigned)

3. Cook and Becker Print: Elizabeth - Large (29 x 51 inch)

4. Sander Cohen Statue

All pretty hard to get lol. Please PM me if you have any of the above and you are willing to work something out. :)

I have a few things Bioshock related I'm willing to trade since I have some doubles, namely:

And lotto - I wish lol. A few thousand i'm sure in total, but I'm not expecting all of them to be offered suddenly.
