No i think the MOQ is still 2000 but entertainment store apparently had a special 'exclusive' deal with paramount to release a batch of steels at lower quantity. So i think there are more coming and they will generally increase the MOQ

These are the ES exclusives so far

Jack Reacher - Limited to JUST 500!!
Hansel & Gretel - Limited to 1000
G.I Joe 2 - Limited to 2000

A couple more and they will get to 4000 and likely be a new source of steels - Good for ES and Studio

Have in mind that the exclusivity and the limited thing in all these cases is the slip (for example, the ES exclusives for the UK). The general print run of the steelbook is a lot more (Jack Reacher released in many countries, same with the others).

Ah ok that makes far more sense then as for the actual print/production runs of steelbooks cases the MOQ is usually G2 4000/ G1 8000

Same with VG steelbooks, you almost always find them in multiple countries

I have a friend in the us who is a total blu ray steel fiend - I have become lazy relying on him for every tip off (only cos I buy them for him!!) but he's been out of action and no access to the digital world :nono: so no leads...

Yeap, it's the UK run that is 2000 copies. The Entertainment Store sticker makes the difference.

Jack Reacher was the same, 500 UK copies (plus 500 replacements due to an error - both without a sticker).
