There were more then just 2000 copies of that steelbook I guess, because on ebay you could find a lot of offers about that steelbook.

There are Minimum Order Quantites (MOQ's) set by Scanovo for how small a run of steelbooks they will make

I.E. for printed G2 steelbooks MOQ is supposedly 4000 while MOQ for printed G1's is 8000

Thus if Zavvi states a edition size of 2000 steelbooks, expect this steel to pop up elsewhere, I'm thinking FS in Canada personally
