Hello CE.org!

No my username has nothing to do with Tony Stark, I'm just a big Black Sabbath fan! Can't find a head bangers smilie so this will have to do for now.:banghead:

I've been following this site for a couple years and have been a member for over a year now. Decided it was way past time to share some of my collection with you. Many of you already know me but now it's official!

I've been a playing games as long as I can remember. My first console was an Atari 2600. Think I was around 4-5 years old then playing Pac-Man, Pitfall, Frogger, Centipede and many others. I love gaming of all kinds either it be a videogame, pinball, a board game or even casino gaming! I can and have spent hours upon hours at a poker table. Have even played in several of the World series of poker circuit events. Have owned most consoles released in the US since the 2600 along with tons of games for each. Always funny when I play online and get called a "NOOB" by a 13 year old kid. Thanks to my Ex wife my entire collection disappeared one day while I was out of town working or I would've had so much more to show. She claims it all went to the dump! :asplode:That's a sore subject though moving on! Recently started a new collection! By recent I mean a couple years ago. Compared to a lifetime of collecting since being a small child I would consider that recent.

I'm a random collector and collect a bit of everything but tend to stick with Xbox 360 CE's. I do enjoy the PS3 and all its exclusive games but I'm a big guy with big hands so the Xbox controller just feels so much more comfy for me.

Most all of my collection is sealed if it came that way. I buy standard copies of games to play and if there is a CE that I open then I have to get two of them. That doesn't happen very often.

I was rearranging and dusting some of my stuff and decided to take some pics to show here while at it. I know my collection doesn't even compare to many of the others on here. This is maybe half of my collection. Maybe in another year or so I'll get around to the rest of it.:D

Last year I joined the local Steelbook hunters club. Still waiting on my membership card:shrug:

And, I've just seen the pic of your Uncharted stuff, and holy shit, I didn't know those Drake figures were so big! Now I kinda understand their pricing, previously I thought the were like small 5inch figures lol xx

These Drake figures are quite large indeed. I'll measure his box after I get off work. I know they made several different colors of them. Of the gold ones I have #1 of 11.

Most of my Uncharted stuff I got from Jugo when he sold his collection last year. The 3 of were just part of the deal.

also have slipknot fan pack from after their london arena show sealed, so 12 years old had two kept one sealed opened one years ago if memory serves it had a magazine in stickers poster all sealed in a white 666 slipknot bag

Didn't realize that lamp was a collector's piece - just saw one for sale at a local "Newbury Comics", was going to pick one up just cuz it looked cool, but it seemed a little cheap on the plastic side.

And on topic: WOW!!!! Nice collection there friend! Looking forward to seeing the "rest" ;)

I believe these lamps were a limited run of 200 and all numbered on the bottom. If I remember right I've got number 26. Yes they are plastic, a very thick plastic. Can't really tell until you pick it up. I think it's pretty realistic looking. It's much better quality than the crouching Altair.

Well you cant compare something that is made 200 of and something that is made 2000 of if I remember correctly that someone here on the forum found out about the crouching Altair :)

Yes I remember reading here someone discovered the crouching figure had a much larger edition size than everyone was lead to believe. I only compared the two because I'm sure more people would rather have the crouching Altair, even at an edition size of 1000-2000 or whatever it is, than the lamp if given the choice. In comparison the lamp is solid and sturdy, the Altair is soft, vinyl I think, and has a very thin and flimsy base.

I KNOW!! I was so disappointed. I just finished the DLC awhile back, amazingly fun game. I hardly ever felt like i was grinding, which for a game like this is really something.

I'm a huge Mortal Kombat fan. When I first saw these statues from Syco last summer I decided I was intent on getting every one that they had to offer. It was only recently brought to my attention of some shady stuff going on with Syco. I have had no issues with Syco and they have taken very good care of me. I do love these statues but now I'm unsure if I'm going to continue to support Syco.

That's news to me. I didn't know there was two runs of Scorpion. I actually have two Scorpions as the first one they sent me was broken. They gave me no problems at all with the replacement one.

It's really sad what's happened with Syco. I was looking forward to all of the different characters.

To keep a long story short it boils down to a con man wanted in the UK now in Hong Kong running Syco. Has also been ripping off the artists making the sculptures.

Not sure if it's all true but that's the story I've heard.

There were 100 of these given away in a lottery. In the style of the Golden ticket from Charlie and the chocolate factory. There were 100 tickets put in 100 different e-Capcom editions of the game. I'm still on the hunt for a sealed version of that. Anyway I basically got lucky, or maybe unlucky as I paid a small fortune for it, and found him on eBay. I haven't looked in a while but the only other one I've seen for sale the person wanted right at $3500 for it. I don't know if it sold for that, I doubt it. I know the gameplay wasn't much, actually it sucked, but I enjoyed the story and really liked the art in the game itself. The statue I'm proud to own.

It's just Gamestop's rewards program.

You get points for money spent. Can use the points on various trinkets.

Usually its just a poster, key chain, plush toy but sometimes a nicer item.

I think you'd be better off buying from Thinkgeek as 50,000 rewards points I believe is the equivalent of spending $5,000.

If you want to buy one from Thinkgeek I don't mind forwarding it to you.

The shipping cost would probably cost almost as much as the flag.

I have the CE from the US for the first AC. It's still sealed so I don't know if the tin is the same because it has a slip cover on it. The one I have is in the pic with some of my other AC stuff. It's on the top right side of the pic.

I've still got lots of other stuff I never got around to taking pictures of as well as a good bit of new stuff. Recently bought a new house and its been very slow going getting settled in. Hopefully soon I can get beck to posting my collection.

I was really set on just getting one xbone doing most of my gaming on the ps4 this time but the one I'm giving the gifts to wanted to stick with the Xbox so I guess I caved and am going to also. I did still get myself a ps4. Love gaming too much to limit myself to just one console.

The Dishonored kit is something I've been trying to get for a little over a year now. I'm so glad to finally have it. Definitely is one of if not my favorite pieces in my collection.

Still have more to post when I can find the time.

So much great stuff out there I can't stay focused in one area. Not sure I want to either. I have a love for it all. I do however really enjoy seeing collections that have a focus/theme to them rather than being so random like mine.

May I ask if it was too expensive to acquire one? I'm always on the lookout for it for a long time, as I really like the game... I saw Mortal putting one once on ebay for over $2000 USD I think... Then I kinda gave up on the idea...

I have no clue how many of these even exist, I'm only aware of just a few of them. Would like to know how many are out there. If you do find one you can bet it will come with a steep price. If I remember right Mortal had his listed for $2500. I don't believe he sold it though.

He is very very well sculpted and painted.
I had hard time getting his belts to buckle up. Had to use a tweezers lol.
He is slightly wobbly on his base but not to bad.
My biggest concern was his head. You can't see it in the pics I took because it's covered up but his head didn't want to stay in place. It felt like it was going to fall off. After a little work I got his shirt collar around his neck and it seems to be just fine. Until I realized I could get the shirt around his neck I was sure his head would fall off.

Overall I think its a great statue. Honestly I don't have a statue from Sideshow that I don't like.

Amazing stuff my friend!

I got to see one of those proofs up close... got one for Lex. I was supposed to get one for Lemur too but unfortunately I screwed his order up (got to the last stage and thought i was done)... was not all there last month and feel bad about it but what can I do do I suppose.

How is the painted one? Really good detail?

Have never seen that Drake before.... amazing detail from the pics. Also I assume you have all of the dragonborn statues? That must have cost a mint alone... actually playing Skyrim again now because i got my new latptop and wanted to test out the graphics capabilities ;)

Painted one looks great in person. Having the two sitting side by side I can't decide which one I like the best. Was sure at first how I'd feel about the artist proof, glad I decided to get both in the end I came really close to passing on the AP.

Nathan Drake statue just started shipping out last week. I think it was somewhere around 10 months ago I put in the order for it. I highly recommend this one.

They were a few hundred, I'd been watching the ones on ebay for well over a year now but the guy wants close to $2k for them. Way to much for these! When I saw these go up I pulled the trigger as fast as I could. I noticed after I bought mine a couple others started showing up.

Speaking of the Bat...This just arrived. This dude is pretty big to. Overall he is pretty cool. My biggest worry is he's a little top heavy, would be very easy to tip over. See how he looks like he's leaning to his left? That and I'm not sure about the way his right leg is positioned. Makes me think got to go pee lol. Wasn't sure I was going to get it at first but I guess I like the bat a little more than I thought. Came with two heads. Pay no attention to the mess on the shelves in the back!

Yes Batman's from Sideshow. It's the newest 1/4 scale premium format statue that was just released. I think I might be hooked on Sideshows' DC comics line of statues. I've pre ordered a couple others from them. The details on these statues are amazing.

Goro! Statue quality just doesn't get much better than this! Pop Culture Shock is really doing amazing work. I only wish I had any kind of photo skills to show it off better. Trust me no matter how good you think pictures of their statues look it's 10 times better when you finally see them in person.

Life size Scorpion bust. Also by Pop Culture Shock. His eyes actually light up but I didn't have batteries when I took the pics. It's a very cool effect but I'm not willing to leave batteries in my statues/busts.
