How mint is the ACB German Press Kit? I noticed the picture but I find some wears.

I listed it as used because as you can see in the photos, it has some wear in the cover (the front lower right corner) and a crease near a staple in the front. Other than that just some wrinkles in the back near the dvd. This is the softcover version of the press kit. The other pages are in great shape. It is the only one i have ever seen with all press dvds.
