Mmmm...think FS will release the steel spare, not with game included, like Adventure Time 3ds Jumbosteel from NA.

Like micromania did with the 3ds Super Mario steels...

So I think we won't have to worry with regional protection...

Just the spare steel, with no game included. (Hope so...)
