I messaged mattybell on here about the site. He has like 600 golds so maybe he has a shot. However, he had the same problem as me where it says he's in the wrong country (even though his acc is Canadian).

I have never taken trophies seriously... well not enough to platinum games and such. I still am glad I did not as it seems to take me out of the experience when I am thinking if things to get trophies for.

Funny thing is when I start looking at trophies while playing is when I am about to stop play (means I am done with the game and am getting bored).


As Jengo said it only the hardcore will be able to bid... same goes with that top 1% program Sony started.


It would have been nice if they gave people the option to gift theirs to their friends so even norms would have a chance. I have like 1,500 bronze... maybe if I melt them down I can get 500 golds? :)

In my opinion they should do 6 days of bidding and auctions like they are

Gold trophies is the correct measure for this as Plats for older games can be impossible if an online server shuts down so it levels the playing field for newer trophy hunters

Then 7th day it should be a raffle anyone with a gold tropy gets 1 ticket but you must put it into the pot etc.

Everyone then has a chance but tropy hunters would still have the advantage

Had a long discussion with Geralds on here about that as he knows quite a bit pertaining to some of those crazy trophy "hunters" who buy plats

You can buy and sell achievements on both systems though

PS is just far easier, I believe because of not being able to change PSN IDS left a trophy loophole

Yes there's been a lot of bad press over PS3's trophy hackers because of this

It will be interesting to see if Sony does anything about the cheaters but I have my doubts :(
