I wonder what kind of art they'll do for BF4. Hopefully, it won't look to generic.

And hopefully it will be concept art, not in-game renders.

We'll see

Personally think it will be fairly generic

Looks like EA might do C&B for more games from now on

They did lithos for the last battlefield game. I didn't care for those lithos at all. They were exactly generic.

Honestly I have no idea why they do art books for modern fps. It's just pics of soldiers and guns. Totally retarded :ghey:

Because people like me will likely buy it.......

To be fair, while BF's art style is usually fairly plain/generic I find it much better than COD's

At C&B we're happy to work with DICE again, this time on Battlefield. They are an amazing team and great people to work with. Very passionate artists there as well.

Obviously doing an interesting art collection based on a modern day military FPS is somewhat of a challenge for various reasons but it was obvious pretty quickly to us that Battlefield has a unique flair. We had access to a ton of production & concept art and Frostbite tests and we are excited about this collection.

The Battlefield art will also be part of a museum exhibition that will launch next year (that we're co-producing) about virtual world and digital landscape and digital architecture design.
