Its brand new factory sealed. I actually have two copies both factort sealed (long story). I'll put pics up later. One is an EU version and one UK, both work on PAL machines. 30 GBP each.

Here are pics. Bayonetta is slightly crushed (happened during delivery to me).

The EU version of Castlevania shrink wrap is pealed away at some point but has most of its factory seal in place.
