How much would shipping be for kings bounty to the UK?

Also is it complete? I think it had a pack of cards or something like that?

Priority shipping - about 100PLN which is 32USD or 21GBP.
Normal shipping (slower delivery) - about 70PLN which is 22USD or 14GBP.
That's the price using polish post office. I could use the courier services (delivery 1 to 3 days), but to check the price I would need your zip code.

And yeah, I forgot about it. I bought the new one, but unfortunatly there were no cards. This was the last one in the shop, so I didn't get another copy.
