It seems this was exclusive to Portugal and maybe other European countries and it was probably available only through preorders. I don't have much information about it.

I finally found this edition for sale in a local store. It does exist.

The portuguese Fnac (fnac.pt) still has this edition available for sale and they ship worldwide, it wasn't pre order only. BTW, is this edition really portuguese exclusive?
