Just a few hours from now and we?ll be getting a first look at the multiplayer of Call of Duty: Ghosts. While we're all waiting here's a first look from what you can expect from this years Prestige and Hardened Edition. Call of Duty: Ghosts will be released in most territories worldwide on November 5th.

The Prestige Edition will be available for $199.99 USD/?179.99 GBP on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One and includes the following:


Tactical camera: a full HD 1080p, water resistant, wide-angle mounted, wearable camera based on the actual helmet camera featured in the game itself." The camera includes three attachments, a 4GB memory card, batteries and editing software

I also just looked into the Blacklist CE in the US and it is $170! Has a remote control plane which is neat but i am sure it is not the best quality... anyone getting that or think it is worth it? Is there a post about it, can;t find it.

Call of Duty CEs can be this expensive becasue people will still buy them, the hardcore for this game is ridiculous and it is something I don't think the game deserves but people like it.

So to get a PS4 Prestige edition you have to get it as a console bundle ? Bugger that for a game of soldiers. Looks like I'll be getting this at Amazon.com.

Game uk's loss I guess. I've already got the PS4 ordered at Amazon UK. At least if they's a problem, not that I'm expecting any, then any return will be hassle free. No idea how Game are regarding such things.

I had Blacklist pre-ordered for a while but cancelled. Not sure how much use,if any, I would get out of a RC Plane. Hell I've never even used the RC vehicle from Black Ops.

Gamestop is actually doing a special deal on this.

People who buy current gen version can later trade in the old version + $10 for the new gen version. Its actually not that bad of a deal really.

Even though the prestige editions are optimistically priced TF I don't think they will go down that much. Generally the prestige editions value remain quite buoyant. I do however could see the hardened versions dropping quite a bit over time.

Anyway I'm glad they're including a map pack DLC. It was my main gripe with the BO2 Care Package that it didn't include a pass. Naughty Treyarch.

I don't know how I feel about spending $120 for the hardened edition.


The game is $60 so that mean $40 for the season pass and$20 for the cord.

Did they announce how many DLC will be in the season pass?

Game UK say they will do the prestige edition standalone for next gen. Have just come off chat with them.

I agree with GQ man of the year 1904 about next gen games. Okay I am getting Watch Dogs and Black Flag for both gens but that's for the various editions but apart from that and GT5 (includes any game that is this gen only so that would include Arkham Origins) any game now is pure PS4.

To illustate my point then Dennis Hopper with the oxygen mask in Blue Velvet would be most appropriate...What a rush

Further to an earlier post on this thread, post 29, I'd like to retract the fact I said about Game UK having the next gen prestige editions available separately. I contacted them again and it seems they's now no information as to whether they'll be sold separately from the console or not ?

I have taken the liberty of ordering it from Gamestop in Ireland because I'm an eejit who likes to spend 234.00 Euros on a game.

Talking of Ireland does any one know if season passes and DLC from Irish games work with a UK PSN account ?
