So it seems that they have either sold out or decided not to make this steelbook

What I missed in the FS steelbook days page (http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/category/steelbook-days/steelbooks.aspx),

Although SteelBookTM Days are online only, bonus SteelBookTM offers are always available in-store.

Online order almost guarantees a copy and instore preorder is very hit-and-miss in many cases. Usually a first-come-first-served.
