I prefer numbers on watches instead of those lines. $300 is quite a bit but I dont know anything about collecting watches.

i receive my watch yesterday i like it very beautiful, for a fan like me of mass effect, but for someone like me that prefer small watch that are not heavy. this one wow i feel like i have a piece of rock on my wrist very heavy. they say this about the watch.....Fits approximate wrist size: 15cm -21cm i am 6ft3 and 220 pound and the watch is loose to my wrist so prepare a bit of money to fix that too.

It's been on for a while.. surprised it wasnt sold out yet.

I missed SR1 Watch and also Resident Evil watch (sold out few months ago)..

I have Dead Space Watch from Meister tho.. really like it. Not gonna wear it, afraid i would scratch it.. xD

It's a nice watch and I obviously love collecting ME stuff.....But too rich for my blood at the moment.

Oh there was a 10% sale on the other day over at the BW store, maybe there will be another soon. Hopefully some kind of January sale or something.

There's another one now! 20% off on everything. I think its treehouse-wide. Bethesda store has the same ad that says 20% off everything, but it doesn't seem to be taking effect like it does on the Bioware store.

What happened? with the reflection it's hard to see what's going on.

The glass is uneven. See the right side versus the left.

It's a $300 watch, they have no excuse to ship a defective unit. What are you going to do? ship it back to bioware and receive another one or send it to Meister for repairs?

It sucks even more if you paid custom taxes : /

I'll contact support and see. It's rather obvious that QC has failed.

And I paid around $100 in custom taxes.

Well that sucks, I wonder how many are like that?

With them only making 500 you'd think they'd all be perfect

Ras do you just get the shaft on every high priced item you buy? Amazingly poor QC :banghead:

It seems like that at times. My new iMac has a small bend in bottom part of the stand, and I didn't even bother to complain.

Also, I wonder why they didn't use small torx for the watch as opposed to the slot type used; which looks rather cheap.

But aside from the glass, it's quite decent.

No, just no.

I bought it via you, I shouldn't have to go to the manufacturer if it's defect on arrival.

Some things are just meant to be complicated...

It's like amazon telling me to contact [Insert videogame developer] for a replacement because the CE came damaged.

I know it's not their fault but the biostore is the only page selling it, it's still in stock why make your life harder :banghead:

Either way its gonna be a bitch for you, sending it back to BW or to the manufacturer makes little difference. If I were you I'd keep kicking up a fuss until one or both give you some kind of compensation, a discount/store credit voucher or a partial refund. Don't let 'em get away with wasting your time. Oh and obviously get them to fix it.

I've had a few issues with the BW Store before, damaged lithos to be specific. They normally just refunded or replaced it without me having to return it, but I highly doubt they'd do that for the watch, mores the pity.
