Definitely not, the RRP is 79 EUR in Germany and Game UK is selling it for 59.99 GBP (~70 EUR) in the UK

you can get the steelbook from a variety of sources,...GAME.CO.UK will ship it worldwide and if you visit the forwarding section under group buys there are several forum members willing to assist.

for some strange reason, the gamestop USA "anniversary edition"..which is nothing more than the same pre order bonus DLC in a same standard plastic game case, is going for around US $100 on ebay..and some went higher...and the buy it now price is $99.99...this game just came out yesterday...why the crazy prices?
