i did NOT read the article,..but is it just a hologram slipcase or actual boxart?...i bet it will be numbered, but not out of anything for instance it may be like "3423" not "3423/4000"..i bet there waiting to see how many are pre ordered and what store demand is like, then they will print enough to satisfy demand..this is some sort of marketing tactic..if it were truely limited, they would come out and say upfront, there will be a set number...5000, 10,000 etc..say it NOW..not after they figure out how many to make with regards to preorders..so if you preorder, you'll be guarenteed one no matter what.
