It could go either way on this... German releases are frequently sealed in the steel - Need for Speed Rivals, Skyrim etc but there have also been instances of separate steels - ACIV etc - but that usually indicates a wider steel release and it does say Amazon.de exclusive....

So my money's on a sealed steel... :(

If it's a stand alone steelbook will be G1 sized... Xbox 360 size and Xbox One size, doesn't fit...so, G1...every game will fit...

Hope games comes inside, so we can choose G2 and G1...

But seeing the last FF lightning returns amazon exclusive...Don't know what to think...

If you're looking on their website, you won't find it since it is a pre-order incentive they offer in-store. Not for sale online :(

Does their website not show a little blurb about pre-ordering in store to get a steelbook? I rarely look at their website, so I don't really remember. There were murmurings that they would be getting one for Titanfall, but with it being this close to release and nothing confirmed or shown, it looks like amazon DE may have the only one.

I took Xbox One as I wanted it G2 sized in case it came sleeved...

If it does not come sleeved and comes spare, there will be only one size for the 3 platforms...

According to some ebay.de pictures the steelbook comes alongside the standard edition of the game. It's sealed but no sleeve. No idea if it is g1 or g2

Well, unboxing is up. There is a G2 steel, but the steel comes separate with a standard game, and it has no slipcase with any system info.

I think no German member can confirm this for 100% since the language depends on your Xbox One settings and where your billing address is. If the console is set to Germany all games will be in German.

I set my Xbox One to the US since I have a valid us billing address and I played the German retail version of Ryse and Zoo Tycoon. Both were complete in English (English language text, speech & Kinect voice commands)

I'm fine with that for XB1 as its a new console so I don't mind having a change, I just don't wanna see SOME XB1 steels as G1 and SOME as G2, G2 or go home if that's how its gonna be ;)

Oh damn, not sure if I want G1 or G2, ideally G2 but already have Xbox so I may get PC version with G1 so I can decide weather to sell it or keep to play on PC.

55 GBP shipped to UK seems reasonable too. If I could sell the game for like 40-45 GBP then I'll still get the steelbook for 10-15 GBP.

The G1 is bigger so hopefully it has a little more in the graphic design rather than stretched. :)

when I get home I can take pictures of the G1 book I have. I don't think it has stretched graphics. Came with 3 disc slots. Probably one of the nicest steelbooks I've seen in a while.

yeah, it looks horrible on the actual steelbooks because instead of getting a proper disk holder insert they just got a regular G2 one and flipped it upside down so you see the "STEELBOOK" logo upside down at the top :sick:
