Hi guys, I am Jon. I joined this forum around March 2013. This introduction should have done AEONS ago... but only now I started my own thread. Sorry for the late introduction haha :p *blame procrastination*

I started to collect Memorabilia and Game CE/LE since I found this site around Dec 2012. So I guess I am a newcomer compared to some of the collectors here. I love games, and I love art/design. This makes collecting game memorabilia and CEs even more enjoyable for me. It is self fulfilling, especially when I manage to get some hard to find items. I just love those shiny stuffs, the lovely packaging and inspiring artwork.

And I have come to known some of the nicest people here, you know who you are :hug:

Well.. I guess I would be the guinea pig, that purchased this from the seller from eBay. I just couldn't help myself, and I do not regret one bit. This statue is Amazing. Really one of my favorites now. Thanks to Dan, flatout, LyricalOne, and MrUnboxer that share with us. :thumb:

And my favorite pick up during this con - Red Alert Signed Prints. Play this game from the first RA to the third, many hours spent on Single Player campaign and Multiplayer with friends.

I met Greg Luzniak (http://gregluzniak.wordpress.com/) during the con, and found out he is the artist for RA3 'propaganda' pieces, as he mentioned. Extremely talented artist, if you're interested in any of his print, do check him out at his website. Im sure he will sell you his art prints and have them signed too. These 3 signed pieces are really beautiful to me, and I especially like the one with Japanese girl in school uniform.

Its pretty small. About half the size of G1 size horizontally. There are bigger sized prints too sold by the artist. It is printed on a really thick stock. The color is amazing, these artists are really good in choosing the right colors for print, and the right paper type. Printed and Screen colors are so different. I think I have his business card, I can look for it and share with you guys.

There is a signing panel, where all the first 300 attendees would be given a number each. We first had to buy the Limited Art Book / Standard Art Book, then wait for our number to be called so we could line up to get our stuffs signed. We were allowed to bring our personal stuffs to be signed too.. Each signing session only consists of some members, not ALL of them. But the organizer lost control of the crowd, me and StayFree somehow managed to get all the sigs.. we cut into lines, do whatever we must to get those sigs..

We managed to track down both NaughtyDog's presidents (Evan Wells & Christophe Balestra), and some ex artists that work for Naughty Dog. I dont know all of them, but StayFree might be able to tell you more.

For the marker.. it was StayFree's, he brought a few I believe. Well people stole all his markers during the signing event, and we resorted to stealing (borrow) the markers left on the signing panel. We did return the markers afterwards...

There is a signing panel, where all the first 300 attendees would be given a number each. We first had to buy the Limited Art Book / Standard Art Book, then wait for our number to be called so we could line up to get our stuffs signed. We were allowed to bring our personal stuffs to be signed too.. Each signing session only consists of some members, not ALL of them. But the organizer lost control of the crowd, me and StayFree somehow managed to get all the sigs.. we cut into lines, do whatever we must to get those sigs..

We managed to track down both NaughtyDog's presidents (Evan Wells & Christophe Balestra), and some ex artists that work for Naughty Dog. I dont know all of them, but StayFree might be able to tell you more.

For the marker.. it was StayFree's, he brought a few I believe. Well people stole all his markers during the signing event, and we resorted to stealing (borrow) the markers left on the signing panel. We did return the markers afterwards...

...hey, do you see me asking you to write my updates?? lol

so yeah, right before the autograph session, the store clerks were telling people that each person was only allowed autographs (two item limit) from the developers assigned to the time slot on the ticket that was handed to you. This obviously pissed off the people that were waiting all day, just now finding out that the developers you're getting autographs from is completely random. No surprise, most people there were trying to get the director's autographs, Neil and Bruce.

Long story short, people started rioting, with general chaos ensuing. It was to the point that there was no longer a line but a massive mob of people trying to funnel themselves to the front, waiting for a different dev to join the session.

Eventually Naughty Dog and Gallery Nucleus realized this really wasn't working so they threw a bunch of tables together and had everyone sign autographs until every single person attending got whatever they wanted signed, which is really a testament to how much they appreciate their fans.

Oh yeah, and the devs there stole all my sharpies...:blackeye:

Can't vouch for that. But the guy in the picture has distinguishable french-canadian features, he has what appears to be a team-Canada hockey jersey, Balsam Lake Effect on TV (Balsam Lake is upstate NY near Canada), and the article on the pool table "Bonkers for Beanies" was first issued in The Star, a Toronto-based newspaper I believe.

Couldn't recognize the bikini-clad lady in the picture on the wall, but she's probably Candian too.

Since StayFree got all that photo from a Canadian Newspaper website, your assumption is probably correct - StayFree is part Canadian ;) ... and he's also SwiftDeath.

Super stoked to have this, finished and love the game, love the freaking art, too short tho...!

The mask is really solid, made of resin. It is professionally made, and mirror the mask found in the game Dishonored.

Signed by Anthony Huso (Level Designer in charged of the level Lady Boyle's Last Dinner), and Arkane Creative Directors, Harvey Smith and Raphael Colantonia.

Thanks buddy! Indeed. I didnt know it was hardcover.. Tho i have been converted to a console gamer, but Warcraft III and Dota 1 still hold some special memories. And Warcraft 3 has some of the best artists.

I believe he used a drill too. I didnt take picture how the custom officer digged a hole through the styrofoam. And expose the area of Ezio holding the blade where it is most fragile.

Some love for The Order 1886. Finished the game in about +/- 11 Hours hard mode. I gotta say the story is good, and I really hope there will be a sequel. The graphic is so gorgeous, no, extremely gorgeous. Music and sound are superb. This game is actually not as bad as the media made out to be, seriously. If only they can extend the fight longer, this game would have been well received widely. So here's hoping Ready at Dawn will continue to improve this new gorgeous IP, with interesting story. :)

It has been a while since my last update. I managed to add some items in these past few months... some hard to come by, some not so hard to find.

This is the Assassin's Creed Syndicate Retail Kit which is given to industry insiders - Major Nelson got one! You could say it is the same promotional kit like the Assassin's Creed Unity Guillotine Retail Kit (I got that too, will share it soon). The Big Ben Tower comes in a beautiful custom box. The tower here is super gorgeous, detailed, and it is heavy. The clock of the Big Ben Tower actually works!
