Hey fellow collectors. I realized that even though I've been here for for a few years I never took the time to introduce myself.
I've had a few dealings with a couple of great board members, namely jugolicious and playmore64, both have been good friends. But I thought an introduction was a good idea because there's so many great people here.
Back in 2009 I had an obsession over a little known franchise called Uncharted, lol. And it was about the time the second game came out that I started my hunt for all things Uncharted.
I would scour anyplace I could to find memorabilia. Whether it be the internet, or even going to my local Gamestop or Best Buy to find things. I was OBSESSED.
Things have changed though as the last piece I added to my collection was back in April of 2012, courtesy of jugolicious, thanks bud!
Here was my collection in it's hayday:

Even those pics weren't fully up to date because I hadn't took pictures of everything at the time.
But things changed and this is my collection as it stands today:

I decided back in 2012 to stop collecting Uncharted PERMANENTLY as I was just burnt out. Plus I had been dedicating SO much money to the franchise that it got in the way of me enjoying other great games, and getting other great things.
Besides stopping I also decided to get rid of some "clutter" and to focuse the collection a bit. I had so many great things but I decided to only keep the things I loved, that were rare, and that I'd miss the most.
So that's my collection today. I no longer actively search for things. If I were to ever buy anything else for it again, it might be the Drake's Fortune presskit, but other than that I'm done.
I LOVED collecting Uncharted. It was a real passion of mine. And although I no longer collect it, I have kept the items that were near to my heart.
And It's THOSE items that will stay with me forever, bringing back memories of a time that above anything, was just shear fun!
Your collecting pal,
