and I mean the NTSC / NA ver .

I paid in advance with my friend .. and that was on 6 June 2014 ... since it's
a pre-order and it was through paypal.

Later when the Item was shipped even before the release date .. i've waited
to be contacted .. but nothing .. I've waited like a week .
then I contact the member about it ..till not from time to time i do ..
Then we were asked to pay for shipping so we paid for it too ..

it's a long story ..

The communication with the member is really slow !!!
till this date i'm waiting for a tracking numbers .. till this date nothing .

and the member Inbox is full now .. not to mention the member isn't around
here from 20th of Seb ..

What should I do ? I really Need Help !

I'm not the mitigation/mediation specialist here or anything, but its only been ~2 weeks since they've been on. If they went on vacation/got married/went in hospital/had a baby/ etc. etc. 2 weeks is not a long time (though it feels like forever when you're waiting for something).

The part about being slow to respond and all that, maybe they're just not as active on here? (shame on them).

Well, I guess I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and saying maybe wait another week or so. If there's no action/response at that point, then perhaps something else may need to be done.

They did reply to my message here before going away ..

telling me they got my copies of the CE , and will send my package with my friend on Monday.

so i did reply to make sure to tell me when they did with the tracking numbers .. I've waited nothing ..

Btw , this is from 2 weeks !

if more days pass open a case to force them to contact you ..

in my case I only have paypal to ask for refund ..

Believe me I don't mind to wait .. but when the seller is ignore you sometimes , don't care to send the tracking number ,

I'm waiting for a reply .. but no answer !
I already sent an email through here .. because their inbox is already full
but they will get an email .. just like the last time .
I also sent the same copy in another site ..
till now nothing ..
i will wait a little .. then i will open a case ..
depending on the member .. also what will happen after the case.
then i will inform one of the CE Moderator about this matter so other members will not face the same things as me ..

this is as the Worst Case Scenario !!
I just wish we don't end it like this ..

Sending the payment with fees is actually a good thing. If she didn't tell you anything about being away, I suggest you stop waiting and open a case on PayPal. Maybe then she will reply to you.
