So, just a quick question. I remember a while back there were reports that when ordering this item from UBIShop

you basically receive all the contents from the Black Flag Black Chest Edition (with the big box, unbranded).

It true? Can anyone actually confirm or deny it?

Being in the US, and with the fact ubisoft hates Americans so much that they don't even allow anyone to view their website without redirecting to a generic page, I unfortunately can't answer your question.

I still have yet to purchase any of their current statues because of that, and I won't pay $90 for each from resellers.

The AC facebook page hosted by one of our members on here had several pictures (in Spanish) talking about that, but it looked like it only contained the DIGITAL "Black Chest" components. Guess we'd have to find the post or hear from a 1st-hand account.

I have 1 black chest and 2 Edward figures that came in black chests with everything except the game/DLC and slip cover

That's kind of annoying - if I had known that I probably would've just ordered the statue since I was spending $200 on the CE anyway! So much for "exclusive" :(
