Assassin's Creed Unity Screenprint Poster Limited to 700 copies

The poster features art by famed comicbook artist Tony Moore. Moore is debuting an AC Unity animated short film at SDCC, and this poster is created in tandem with the film. The poster was also worked on by Justin Kamerer aka angryblue. I'm not sure what exactly angryblue contributed to the poster though; but if I had to guess, I'd say he did the colors and most of the background (like the stained glass window border, the dove(maybe), the embellished pattern in the black background, and the flor de lis.) I'm certain that Moore at least did Arno and the figures in the window.

The poster is limited to 775 total copies; 500 of which will be given away at San Diego Comic Con 2014. The other 200 copies will be available through each one of the 2 artist's respective websites at a later date TBD (100 copies per artist.)

These 18x24" 3-color posters are signed by BOTH artists and have a clear gloss hit that lays on top of the black and metallic red wrapped up in a natural-toned paper.

I couldnt find the artwork in both the links you had provided. One of the links the site is down, the other just couldnt find the artwork. Has the artwork gone online yet? Or am I missing something?

we came up with the layout idea together after he did some sketches.

i'd inked over so many of the images in the trailer that he rendered the main figure and blocked it in really well to save time. the amount of collaborating we did for a few weeks was really ridiculous. just wait until you see the trailer.

i put in all of the background imagery in the stained glass (all of that stuff i inked from the animated short), tightened the layout, design elements, redrew some stuff, did the colors, pattern and made it print ready.

hoping to collaborate more and more together. we work in the same wheelhouse. two artists who have a confident drawing/inking voice working together is pretty interesting figuring out the balance do both voices are prominent, but not overwhelming each-other.

I must say I'm jealous and wish I was there to experience SDCC and meet you as well. SDCC this year landed right when I'm away on holiday traveling through Europe so I'm missing out on all of the fun there. :sick:

775 posters were produced in total with each one numbered and signed by the artists. Prints will be available at Comic-Con to the first 500 people who arrive at the Assassin's Creed Unity obstacle course in front of the Convention Center on Saturday, July 26."

Tony Moore still hasn't released his posters, so there's still hope. Though at this point, Moore appears to be keeping quiet on the matter. Maybe he'll release them online, or maybe he'll release them at his booth at one of the many yearly shows he regularly attends; or perhaps he has something totally different in mind? Who knows.

I can confirm that the eBay listing you linked to was indeed posted by Tony himself, or rather by his wife. However, I have not heard anything regarding the rest of his inventory. I hadn't even heard that he'd sold them all already. As far as I know, he still has them.

If I had to guess, I'd say that he's probably going to sell them at one (or more than one) of the many annual shows that he regularly attends (assuming he still has them, of course.) That's a total guess though.

Tony is one of the key organizers of Cincy Comic Con, a con which is just a few days away. I'd wager he's taking the posters there to sell. Take that with a grain of salt though, because, again, this is just a guess.

damn, I would never had guessed that in a million years...looking at the seller's feedback it does make sense given how they're all Tony Moore commissions.

Now as far as your situation Ryaku: I honestly wouldn't worry. You're all the way in France after all; and unless the poster was shipped via Express Mail International, it can sometimes take as long as a month before international packages arrive at their intended destination (that's when shipping via USPS of course, which I assume is the way that the poster was shipped to you.)

Has it been a month yet since the poster was shipped? Maybe Angryblue just barely got around to shipping your poster, or maybe he hasn't shipped it yet. Remember, he had a ton of posters to ship out. I assume he was doing all of the packing and shipping on his own. When you have such a big workload, it can take a while to work your way through all of the packages. I think, even, that there's a chance that Angryblue shipped out all of the domestic packages first, then all of the international packages.
