I've been using PA for years every now an then, not as much as I used to however. Shipping from PA is practically free (50c for box), Never heard of or used AmiAmi so I don't know what they charge.

Once the order is made, they can't legally increase the price.

yesss this is excellent/amazing news on the collectors edition. this is just like the demons souls CE, simple and classy and might be worth something like the demons souls one. Now we just have to hope that the game will be more like demons souls and a lot less like dark souls 2, because wow that game is horrific.

The Nightmare edition weighs over 2.3Kg, which is why GAME cancelled the order.

GAME tried to charge mine but couldn't. My credit card is at its limit. They didn't cancel it due to weight.

Game is the worst company to preorder from. I have the impression that they ado whatever they feel like. 1kg is not even a weight limit to the post offices, it's 2kg. They probably have a random contract to 1kg for no reason at all. I try to stay away from it and always order everything from amazon even if the language is not English. Their package is pretty horrible too.

I'll be honest that video made me really glad I didn't pre-order the CE. For $80 it just seems so bare bones. The Steelbook is nice and all but that art book looks like nothing. I loved The Order 1886 CE because at $80 you got the digital soundtrack (I prefer cd copies but I guess games don't do that anymore), a nice Steelbook and an incredibly nice statue. I felt that was way more fair considering the current rates of games with statues. Idk maybe it's just me but I'm hoping to wait to get this one cheaper down the line.

I only played a little bit of DS2, never played Dark souls or Demon souls, so far I love Bloodborne. Definitely give it a try when you have time

The white/silver one from NA CE, the dark blue one with the same cover art as the NA one from EU CE/nightmare edition and Asian Hunter edition, and the Amazon.de exclusive one.

I don't have the steelbook with me now, but I can say that the PS4 and Bloodborne logos are almost transparent, and it doesn't come with any slipcase.

You can get it for $64+tax, which is around $68 in some states if you have Gamers Club Unlocked membership at Best Buy.

Well you have two options. Like 0329liuken said GCU is probably your best bet if you can locate a Best Buy that has it in stock (and you're also already a GCU member). Yeah my copy arrived today and it was like mint. Never been used or touched, just open package. I have to admit its actually a lot nicer than I expected. Still not sure I'd have dropped $80 for it but very glad I bought the one I did. The steelbook and art book are both way nicer than I anticipated. Still wish there was more to it but what is there is real nice.

In my opinion, Driveclub is very good now compared to how it was at launch, had a blast with the game over at my friends plus it is really pretty to look at so I am currently looking for a steelbook edition of the game! I am enjoying Bloodborne too but understand why it is a game not for everybody. In regards to The order, was disappointed as was not up to my expectations but I did enjoy the game although the replay value is pretty poor and I probably won't go back to it.

Looking forward to exclusive wise on the PS4 (my choice of games): Persona 5, Dragoon Quest Heroes, Ratchet & Clank, Until Dawn, One Piece Pirate Warriors, J Stars Victory, and Disgaea 5. Please note I have not taken into account any indie, digital and Japanese (PS4) exclusive games too!

For X1 - Halo and Tomb Raider but I may get TR on a different platform as this is a timed exclusive I believe

To add from the start of 2015, X1 exclusive release library has been very lacking and same goes for the rest of 2015. But yeah lets see what E3 brings but I doubt if anything it would be released in the 2015 window. To me X1 is quite poor on the exclusive side in 2015.

I think the main purpose of these remasters are due to the current large install base on the PS4 (20 million or so) for which many migrated from the Xbox 360 which have not had the opportunity to play these games such as TLoU which is a great game. Plus in essence with GoW case - this also prepares people for the next part of the franchise getting them up to speed so in these cases the remasters are pretty valid. But yeah as you mentioned it is a quick way of making cash considering all the code and assets are already available so the costs are low; it's really a choice, dirty? - available for those who want them (also most will be nicer compared to the prior gen versions) so I do not see why a lot of people are complaining about them since it's not like companies are forcing you to buy them.

It was my first souls game too. And the first time I'd played an action RPG since the SNES.
With my job I've never really had enough free time to play anything too lengthy and involved.

I found it frustrating initially due to lack of foundational knowledge of how these games work.

I'm pretty old skool with games. I hate looking for help.
But with this game you will miss half of it without a little help.

Unless you intend to keep revisiting this game a lot I would definitely consult the web every now and then.
When you get to the final boss, before you engage him, just make sure there aren't whole locations and optional bosses you have missed.

Overall I LOVED it, but it definitely requires a lot of hours.
And the story is a jigsaw puzzle that is still being pieced together by the community.

Urgh....I am tempted to play the whole thing through again....but MKX arrived today :bananalama:

The patch made a big difference.

I'm really liking Bloodborne too, around half way through.

I do prefer Dark Souls combat & extra content, BB is a little more mainstream in this department. However compared to DS2 the area layouts are incredible. It's so cool when I found a shortcut, taking me back to an area I didn't expect linked up to it. I was in awe. :clap:

It's overpriced. It's rare but with some patience you can get a mint one for about 50-60€ (including the game).

Yea, the Mirror's Edge steelbook is probably one of the steels I'll never own due to it's price ... :D

Might be a bit tricky to find the Saw Cleaver steelbook sealed but I would never pay such high prices just for some plastic so it's sealed.
Just out of curiosity: Do you collect only sealed steelbooks or would a mint copy be OK ? I'm always impressed how much more expensive it is to collect sealed things. :o

I would like to have this one, i only have a couple that i really like. And since this one is sealed and i can get one for 200$ ... probably in a couple years could hit the 500 ... only time would say
