Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition Steelbook?

Does anybody know if there is a steelbook which comes with the Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition?

In that link you can see two austrian stores are selling it with a steelbook.

yeah, I have seen that video, too.

But there is no steelbook just an artbook, that is why I am confused if there is really a steelbook for that edition or they just don't know the difference between an artbook and a steelbook.

Yes, I know that there is artbook not steel - but that is only version what I have seen.
