Assassins Creed Unity Collectables?

I've been reading this forum for a while and decided to become a member. So this is my first post. I recieved this stuff yesterday from Ubisoft and i was wondering if this is common stuff or rare. I'm a big fan of the Assassins Creed series and recently started to collect some Assassins Creed stuff. I'm not getting a lot of hits when i search for this on the internet so i hope you guys can help me.

The wax seal kit & the pen are quite rare, you can't find them easily. If you think of selling them let me know please. The mind your head tee and the other are not so rare to find, they were gamescom exclusives I think, the cards were inside the guillotine edition. But the best are the wax seal & the pen.
