It's only available right now at the NYC Store. They haven't said either way yet if its available anywhere else. Will update here if/when we find out otherwise though.

Yeah the NA box is nicer, but for uniformity with box sizes and design for the Euro CE, I would prefer the Euro one either way. Lol

It didn't look to be so on the direct. The only place I've seen that listed so far was the Newegg listing for this LE. But I trust them with VG information about as far as I trust Tom's critical analysis and opinion on post-modern impressionist art ;)

Nintendo at least has posted pictures of normal packaging for that Mario Amiibo on Twitter. And it didn't look like a Mario Party exclusive during the direct. Probably just the same situation as it was with the Smash Amiibo bundle.

The special edition was available at amazon.de a few hours ago btw, but has already sold out (thanks scalpers)

Thanks for the clarification guys. Even though I don't plan on getting any of the SMB series (at least, not to collect, maybe to play with?), it's still good to know they haven't bundled exclusive amiibos with a game...yet.

I really really want this US bundle ..but i'm getting scared that it's going to be NYC Exclusive, because GAMESTOP nor AMAZON have any info on it..i even checked instore with Gamestop..and there's nothing but the standard game.

NewEgg also has all SMB series amiibo listed now. Unlike Amazon, they do have the SMB Mario amiibo...but only in the Mario Party 10 Bundle snoop linked to.

This version Mario amiibo from the Super Mario Series is only offered through this bundle.

Hate to say it guys but that amiibo is really starting to look like it's exclusive to Mario Party 10 in the US.

Best Buy take the whole amount when you place the order, then return the money back to your card in a few days and charge you again when it's shipped or ready for pick-up

Standard Editions always have German texts on the cover. With Special Edition like this its sometimes different. For example the Bayonetta 2 First Print Edition was an overall EU release with English on the cover.

Unfortunately I don't know how they will handle it with this edition. :(

They do, but it shows as unavailable now on Amazon and I believe it was listed at $59.99 last I saw, so no dice there. Amazon had just changed the price on some of the pre-orders to price match another store (can't remember which one now) from earlier.
