Hello everyone.

I'm WaxWeazle, Kevin, I'm from Belgium.
I've started collecting editions since about a year now, I bought maybe 1 or 2 before, but I started to c
ollect more of them since about a year, I don't know why, I just love collecting it, I got hooked on it and now I want to expand my collection as much as possible.

I posted some pictures, check the bottom of this post. If I don't forget, I'll update this post with every new update on my collection.

At the moment of writing this post, I haven't got that much (yet?) but it's a start. I keep searching for ones I want to add to my collection and try to get them as soon as possible.

Besides all of that, I'm a huge fan of Bioshock (the whole series) and I'm definitely planning on trying to find more Bioshock stuff (from all games) and add that to the collection.
I don't only go for editions from games, I also try to get my hands onto some editions from movies/series as well.

Alright.. Get ready to laugh, my collection looks like nothing compared to yours! :P

I do have to say though, I found some more editions that I wanted to buy but they wouldn't deliver to Belgium.. So fuck that. Else I'd have a few more.

I wonder though, am I the only one who sometimes buys a special edition from a game that I don't actually care about?
I bought some of the AC series, but in general I don't really enjoy those anymore after AC2.

Anyway, this is my current collection.

Note 1: On the third image you can see 2 boxes of a New 3DS XL Majoras Mask Edition, I only have 1 of them. I had to send the first one back (due to a dead pixel) but they didn't send the full package, just the handheld itself.
Note 2: On the fifth picture you can see a God Of War - Ascension Collectors Edition behind TLOU Joel Edition.. Yes, it's the statue in 1 piece, I have the steelbook in between the pack of games as the store fucked up on my order and they didn't have any editions anymore so they collected PIECES together to get it eventually.. It was the best I could get at that moment so I went for it, though I have to say I'm really disappointed that they messed up.
Note 3: Yeah, the Black Ops II Carepackage Edition is on a piece of cardboard. I don't have any shelves left to put it on (I do have room, but no shelves) and I didn't want to damage the bottom, so for now this is how I placed it.

Not really any specials in here, besides maybe a steelbook here or there, but this is the rest of my current (physical) collection.

I do see some things pass by in collections from others like press kits and all that, how do you even get those? I was already happy I was able to find older special editions...
Been trying to find some nice Bioshock 1 memorabilia, but haven't found anything so far :(

If you love your Noir Elizabeth statue, I highly recommend the Lutece Twins statue. It is just as beautiful.

I was honestly planning on ordering both at once but eventually I chose to go for the Noir Elizabeth statue only (for now). I'll see what my next order will be! If I can get any of the vigors, I honestly want to get all of the stuff in the store but it's a shame it's so expensive and all limited :(

Was already drooling over the trailer before I was able to play it (had no console/game pc at the time) and loved every single bit of it when I finally was able to play it. :notworthy:

Hoping to expand my collection quite a bit in the (nearby) future, especially my Bioshock collection.

Really good!
It looks very nice, I'm happy with it! It was covered with foams though, but I removed them to have a look and to take a picture.
It's a proper size fit and it's actually motorized and that's really nice! I didn't even think it would be so, I just thought it would be a lifesize replica, not that it'd actually work too.

Slow, but steady! ;)
There's some weird 'progress' coming along with the Elizabeth Noir signed statue.. Hoping that gets solved/works out fine.
Got the skyhook, the board game and the 3 CE's. So hoping to find some more nice additions!

Sweet, exactly like me in that case, I never played a Witcher game either, was doubting at first but the CE was looking too good to let it slip, so I had to order it.. Arrived today, got the game to update while I'm at (evening) school and will play for a bit before I have to leave again for work :) Curious!

I got one of those too and it is about twice as big as I thought it would be, still very cool though. Rytlock is probably my favorite character from Guild Wars 2.

It's a press kit for Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped.

Includes a folder-like carton where it has some information about the game and some of the features, has 2 discs; a press disc and the promo disc and there's a shirt in there as well! :)

The image on the shirt is 3D, not just a print on the shirt!

Press kits come with a press disc (or thumb drive, QR code, etc) with press assets (pictures, videos), and given out to press and journalist.

Launch kits are usually given to stores, come with some cool stuff like shirts, posters, booklets that used to promote the game.

Yeah I have seen a few on Fleebay and at a pretty reasonable price to however, I have seen other things I have been chasing which are a bit rarer, so have taken the opportunity to grab those while they are up for sale.

Was the statue broken when you got it?

If it's the edition I'm thinking of, a lot of the hands and ribs on the statues were damaged in them in transport :(

Ahh that's no good :( yeah statue was poorly packaged and ALOT of people have reported the same issues :( is a shame really as it was quite a good looking statue from what I have seen but it seems if you can get one undamaged your pretty lucky!

This finally arrived as well!
The packaging was a little disappointing honestly, as there's an art/concept book with a mini comic on the side but it's loose so if you don't open it and carefully watch out, it'll just drop out and possibly damage..
Love the steelbook, statue's nice as well though it feels a bit cheap.
Can't complain! :)

Fairly honest I don't MIND the quality, I just am disappointed as he claimed it to be mint sealed.

Not sending it back, I wanted this in my collection and I'll be honest, while it's a shame to see some damage to the box I personally don't mind the damage THAT much, so it's not THAT big of a deal, just a little disappointed really.

Have played DS2 for about 4/5 hours and barely made it past tutorial area. Rage quit hard on that one. But the PK for DS3 really looks neat as fuck! Wanted to have it since I saw it appear and now I finally have it! Yay! Going to go ahead and try, hoping I might get into this one a bit easier.

I like this Ezio collection collector's edition. You should post pics of what's inside.
Skyrim steelbook case is also really nice.
And these Ghostbuster steelbooks...I reconize this art. It's from Dan Mumford. I like his art! He has done some DAI, Halo and WOW lithographs and they look soooo good (just my opinion...)
