100 bucks is not a bit pricey but it's very pricey. I don't think I'll pay that much for those extras as they're not worth the extra 70 bucks.

I haven't been able to find what "limited" means for this book either. Anyone know what the production run will be?

Not a big fan of that. It's available through a few retailers from what I can find, so who knows what happens with this.

There was one other one I found last night, can't remember it, but they had it for $109.99.
