Hello all!

My name is Chris and I am from Newcastle, Australia.

Love gaming and collecting (mainly the limited editions etc for Xbox 360/one) as opposed to the press kits etc.

My most recent addition is a sealed copy of Bioshock 1 (Xbox 360) with an UNBROKEN big daddy figurine which arrived today!

Cannot express how happy I am right now that it has arrived safely!

I will hopefully soon post up some photos of my collection to date.

Right now the next item on my list is the Ultra Limited Edition (Xbox 360) of Dead Space 1.

It unfortunately was never available to Australia and I have tried EBay and Amazon with no luck so far.

I've posted a wanted listing, fingers crossed I can find one!

Other than that I'll stop dribbling and happy collecting everyone! :)

Welcome to the forum luv!! With pics I just click the mountain icon on the above where I'm typing and you just insert you image URL into it and it will do the rest.

You can upload your images to a site like
imgur.com
imageshack.us
tinypic.com

and they'll have a couple of url options available after upload.
you can use "direct link" and put that in between these tags

[IMG] and on the other side it will be the /IMG] (I removed 1 bracket so it's visible, but both tags should be closed with brackets!)

Or you can choose their automatic forum-option that they have, which includes the IMG tags as well.
If you do that, you get this;

Thanks very much! :2cool: it's a pretty cool piece to own :) it was an employee gift handed out at the launch of it. Limited to 100 copies only. I picked it up on eBay with the bungee shirt and signed Skyrim game a few months back. I wasn't looking for it at the time, but couldn't pass it up when I saw it. :poke:

I MAY consider trading it for some of the rarer items I'm searching for :beg: :secret: as for selling, I hadn't actually considered that yet to be honest. Send me a PM and maybe we figure something out :thumb:

Ugh, I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw you acquired a signature by the voice of Damon Baird himself! My absolute favorite character in the Gears of War series, hands down, and I really love Judgment despite it being widely ignored in comparison to the other game entries.

The signed Gears of War 3 is equally amazing. Is that by the entire team?!

And you know what else is amazing? That Halo 4 cell!

Wow! Having the standee shipped from one country to another, and for it to still arrive in perfect shape? That's fantastic! And the whole Developer Team? You sir are one lucky person! Very, very happy that it all worked out for you so well.

#... 1... Dead... Space... Ultra... Limited... Edition...? STOP!!! Too much power to handle!!!

Dead Space is also one of my favorite franchises, even though the first left me terrified. I like a good scare, which is probably why I kept playing and enjoy it so. I still remember the scene where (SPOILERS) Isaac Clarke meets what I dub the "Regenerator." When it breaks out of its stasis capsule and you realize cutting its limbs only stalls its intent to dismember you, and you have to escape its grasp as it hunts you down relentlessly... argh! I ran away, cutting down all other Necromorph entities that stood in my way, and had to concern myself with a time limit until the door unlocked. I would circle it and rush to the bathroom, it would break in, and I'd scram back out. When the door opened I wasted no time and noticed I was in a hallway with a save station. I figured, "Great, save stations are safe places according to video game logic," and then BAM! The Regenerator crashed through the ceiling only to impale me in a typical, gruesome way. If I had just gone through the door at the end of the hallway, I would have hit a checkpoint and been safe. Once it happened I put the game on a 3 to 6 month hiatus. (END SPOILERS)

The sequel became more action-oriented and after the trials of the first game I wasn't scared anymore, except when (SPOILERS) a pile of Necromorphs invaded the government sector (END SPOILERS). I sure hope there is a Dead Space 4 going off the ending to Dead Space 3. Visceral Games has been busy with Battlefield Hardline and now the top-secret Star Wars game, so it may never happen. It better! *looks at Del Toro for a conclusion to Hellboy*

Bayonetta and Dead Space are fine games with a ton of cool collectibles, albeit pricey ones. Are you just looking for anything Dead Space and Bayonetta or do you have particular collectibles in mind? I have to admit, if you had to have just one, that Ultra Limited Edition takes the cake (#1 of 1,000)!

How many lithographs were offered in total by Treehouse Brand Stores? To my knowledge, most of them focused heavily on environmental work, and there were two sizes (big and small). Of the ones you do own, are they going to be hanging up on the wall or stored in a portfolio? I'm hoping that with six left you are making good progress with your search, and I'm wishing you all the best! :D

If you want to plaster your walls with something other than lithographs, Walls 360 sells graphics in various sizes (and for other video games too). Isaac floating about your collection could be killer, as well as the Puker.

Yeah I am planning to frame all of the Dead Space Lithographs and put them on the walls in my house, however, the last 6 I have been stalled as I haven't been able to find any of them and have been searching for quite sometime..

:beer: yes 9 left to go.. Thanks for recommending the website, I'll add it to the number of sites I am currently searching in the hope of finding them. My only concern is that not as many made it out and sold as they were an "unlimited run". Fingers crossed anyways as I am willing to pay good money for them!

My wallet hates me almost daily lol but I have been very lucky to get what I have and am still finding things I never thought I would. One which I will be putting up in my next post :)

Money wouldn't be such a problem if there didn't exist so much cool stuff and said cool stuff didn't cost an arm and a leg at times. To deal with this struggle, whenever I'm interested in something, I give it a week's thought to avoid impulse buying. Sometimes the wait is detrimental if the thing is limited or timed. Plus, I can be REALLY indecisive when given choices.

No matter what, and I'm 100% with you, appreciation for what is given to us is all that counts. Life is temporary and so are our belongings. Best to enjoy them now and as much as we possibly can.

The statues are a lot bigger than I expected! Smoker is about 25cm high (weighs about 5kg) but the Tank is massive (approx 35cm high and weighs almost 13kg!)

Sadly, I don't have a lot of space to display a lot these days, but once I move (within the next 12months) I plan to display everything in the new place :)

Nice plasma cutter! Is it limited? Which Dead Space game is your favorite? Most people weren't fond of Dead Space 3. Some said it took away from the survival horror aspect. :-/

Hello!

Yes both Plasma cutter replicas are limited. I think the first series was limited to approximately 300 worldwide And the second series at 500 worldwide. Not a lot made at all. They still come up for sale on eBay however, they seem to go up in price everytime!

I didn't mi d dead space 3 but I think in regards to horror and suspense I'd have to say number one. I thoroughly enjoyed number 2 as well and eagerly anticipate if they will actually release the 4th in 2017, but nothing still confirmed yet :(

Dead Space 3 has some of the best space exploration i've ever seen. and the atmospheric music that accompanies it just makes you feel uneasy, to the point where you really do feel alone. i swear, sometimes i feel like i'm going to just float away into nothing, its just make the space itself feel scary. i think that's one thing people just don't get. they think that because the game isn't scary in a horror sense, that it can't be scary any other way. to me, the Dead Space series has never been scary, but suspenseful.

Well, after a very long search,... I have FINALLY FOUND the last remaining lithographs for my Dead Space Collection!!!

I collected them today, undamaged in perfect condition. I found them as a group, all from one buyer!

So happy right now!

ALMOST completed my collection. It has taken me two years to find them. Am literally speechless right now! :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:
